Close Brothers is pleased to announce its role in advising For-side.com, the JASDAQ-listed mobile content group, on its disposal of iTouch Holdings Limited ("iTouch", the "Company"). The Company was sold to management, backed by a private equity consortium led by Oak Investment Partners.

iTouch currently generates in excess of $230 million in revenues on an annual basis. It is one of the leading global players in the mobile entertainment business and now has operations in 13 countries and provides services in a total of 22 countries across three continents.
