Close Brothers’ Graduate Training Programme provides graduates with market leading technical and business training as well as an awareness of our business activities.  It also provides extensive exposure to staff at all levels, both individually and in group situations.

On joining the Graduate Training Programme, London graduates and other new graduates from our overseas offices start a comprehensive five week offsite corporate finance training course. This training will provide you with a solid foundation of skills and knowledge designed to give you a head start in your career.

The course will give you the opportunity to get to know your fellow graduates, to build a network of contacts, to mix with employees from across the business and hopefully to have fun in the process.
