Under the new Scheme Specific Funding regime, Trustees are required to consider the Covenant of the sponsoring Employer when setting the funding target (Technical Provisions) and determining an appropriate Recovery PLan for any deficit.

We advise on Covenant Assessment through to full-service Scheme Funding Advisory. In addition to our expertise at analysing Employer strength, our role can be to advise the key issues and determinants of the Covenant in a particular situation. We also provide an ongoing Covenant monitoring service for our clients.
